Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

a clear photo of the issue
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Lost Orders
If you receive the wrong item or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of print on demand products, we do not accept returns for:

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
